Refund & Exchange Policy

Our refund & exchange policy is 30 days after the purchase. If 30 days have gone by after your purchase, we will not offer any refunds or exchanges.

Accessories

Refunds & Exchanges are accepted for all accessories, for example: shoe brushes, shoe laces, shoe trees, creams, wax, conditioners or saddle soap. We are not responsible for any shipping charges you will incur, you will have to send them back to us at your own cost. To complete your return or exchange the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, this includes all forms of packaging in which the item was received.  A purchase invoice is mandatory . Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the reception of your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. Please send your request to msh.patina.art@gmail.com

Shoes

Refunds

Due to the nature of the artisanal work executed on the shoes, refunds are only accepted if the shoes are defective or damaged.

Exchanges

Exchanges are not accepted for any ‘’made to order’’ color or patina that is outside of the official 9 colors and 2 patina styles that are offered at MSH | PATINA. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any item not in its original condition, damaged or with missing parts for reasons not due to our error will be automatically declined.All clients are responsible of reading the MSH | PATINA ‘’Shoe Fit” page to make sure they chose the correct US size measurement.

It is possible to request an exchange due to inappropriate fitting but we are not responsible for any shipping charges you will incur, you will have to send the shoes back to us at your own cost. We will charge you additionally, the specific coloring service previously selected on your purchase. These charges are necessary because we will be performing work on a new pair again.

For example:

If you selected ‘’Solid color’’ we will charge you 90$cad* dollars to perform the same operation.

or

If you selected ‘’Patina’’ we will charge you 160$cad* dollars to perform the same operation.  

*Canadian clients will be charged the coloring service plus their appropriate provincial taxes.

To complete your exchange, a receipt or proof of purchase is mandatory . Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 to 7 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Please verify first your Credit card or Checking account statements. A refund approximately takes 5 to 7 business days to appear on your bank or credit card statement. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at msh.patina.art@gmail.com

 

Shipping Address

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.If you are shipping an item you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
